What Neofab 3D is
The service helps you find a 3D printing studio and send it an order. We do not print ourselves and are not a party to the contract between you and the studio: the price, lead time and quality are set by the studio, and payment is made directly between you and the studio. No money passes through the service, and we charge no commission.
Messaging and disputes
Each order opens a conversation between you and the studio. Do not post other people's personal data in it or use it for advertising. You can report any message and any participant, and you can block the other participant — the buttons are in the conversation itself. We review reports and may hide a message or revoke the violator's access.
If a disagreement arises over an accepted offer, either party can open a dispute. Since payments are made outside the service, our decision is a written review: we read the conversation, hear both sides and post our conclusion in the same conversation. It does not replace the pre-trial claim procedure or going to court.
Studio catalog
Information about studios is taken from public sources and from their websites and may be inaccurate. The “verified” badge means the company has confirmed its profile. An order can be addressed directly only to a verified studio: the others have no account, and the order would go unanswered. An open order is visible to studios connected to the service; a response is not guaranteed, and if there are no offers within two weeks, we will write to you and offer to extend the listing or contact a studio directly.
Models and files
By uploading a model, you confirm that you have the right to print it. Catalog models and AI generation results are provided “as is”: printability is checked by the studio. An engineering review is a preliminary recommendation, not design documentation.
Limitations
Daily limits apply to requests to AI features. The service may be unavailable during maintenance. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
