Privacy Policy

What data we collect

• Account: email and password (stored in hashed form by the authentication provider Supabase).
• Profile and orders: name, phone, city, the content of your requests and engineer questions, selected studios.
• Files: 3D models and photos you upload for an order or for generation. A photo for generation is sent to the provider Meshy and is not stored by us in its original form.
• Technical data: request URLs and server errors in Vercel hosting logs, without form contents.
• Visit statistics: which pages are opened, where visitors came from (referring site host and UTM tags), device type and operating system, country and city based on the IP address. We also record actions — without form contents: order wizard steps, adding a model to an order, clicks on a studio's phone number and directions, and the fact that an order, an engineer request, a model generation or a sign-up confirmation was submitted. We count this ourselves, without cookies or third-party counters. The IP address itself is not stored: a visitor is counted by a hash with a key that is valid for one day and then deleted, and these statistics are not linked to accounts or orders. They are kept for 13 months.
• Location: used only on your device to show nearby studios and is not sent to the server.

Why

To pass your order to the 3D printing studios you selected, return their replies to you, provide an engineering review of your task and show you your orders and models in your account. We do not sell data or show ads.

Who we share data with

• The printing studios you selected in your order: the order content, the model file and your contact details.
• Infrastructure providers: Supabase (database, files, sign-in), Vercel (hosting), MapTiler (map), Meshy (AI model generation), Google (the engineer's AI review receives the task text without your contact details).

How long we keep data and how to delete it

Data is kept for as long as the account exists. You can delete your account together with its orders, requests and files in your account under “Profile”, or by emailing ultim8digital@gmail.com from your account address — deletion is completed within 30 days.

Mobile apps

The iOS and Android apps display the same website, use the same data and send the same visit statistics. In addition, they may request access to the camera and photos (only when you initiate it, to upload a photo of a model) and permission for order status notifications. Permissions can be revoked in the device settings.
